Ofori Duodu has over 18 years of progressive, results-driven experience in the financial services industry. He has a distinguished track record in operations management, branch administration, microfinance operations, and project management, having worked with three commercial banks and two savings and loans companies in Ghana. Prior to assuming his current executive role, he served as Country Lead, Banking & Digital Financial Services at ASA Savings and Loans Ltd., where he was instrumental in architecting and executing enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, drove process re-engineering to optimize operational efficiency, and championed financial inclusion programs that expanded access to underserved communities.
Complementing his executive leadership in finance and operations, Ofori Duodu possesses six years of senior administrative and office management expertise, including direct supervisory responsibility for records management, logistics, policy implementation, and staff administration. Earlier in his career, he served in the building and construction sector as a Draftsman and Site Supervisor, where he honed his project coordination and design capabilities, experience that provides him with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach to organizational leadership.
